PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing algae lipids with high work efficiency and high extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: The method for producing algae lipids includes: a process of treating one or more algae with an organic acid or alkali a first separation process of separating the algae treated with the organic acid or alkali a process of treating the algae separated in the first separation process with an alkali or organic acid a second separation process of separating the algae treated with the alkali or organic acid and a process of extracting a lipid component from the algae separated in the second separation process by using an organic solvent.
