PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sterilization apparatus capable of continuing a sterilizing operation even when detecting during a gas supply process that a pressure increase speed in a sterilization tank is slow.SOLUTION: This gas sterilization apparatus that supplies the interior of the sterilization tank 1 with sterilizing gas to sterilize sterilizing objects includes: a pressure sensor 16 for measuring the pressure in the interior of the sterilization tank 1 and a controller 18 for controlling the sterilizing operation based on a detection value of the pressure sensor 16.
