PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroponic cultivation apparatus capable of accurately measuring the transpiration rate of cultivated crops and a cultivation system using this hydroponic cultivation apparatus.SOLUTION: The hydroponic cultivation apparatus comprises a cultivation bed tank 1, a nutrient solution tank 2, a device 3 for supplying a nutrient solution from the nutrient solution tank 2 to the cultivation bed tank 1, a recovery device 4 for returning the nutrient solution discharged from the cultivating bed tank 1 to the nutrient solution tank 2, a liquid supply device 5 for supplying a nutrient solution or water to the nutrient solution tank, and a feed rate measuring device 6. The feed rate measuring device 6 measures the amount of the nutrient solution supplied to the nutrient solution tank 2 through the liquid supply device 5 to make the liquid level in the nutrient solution tank 2 constant at all times.
