PURPOSE: Scorched rice roll and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to easily eat scorched rice with the abundant amount of nutrients. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of scorched rice roll comprises the following steps: mixing cooked rice with seasonings to obtain scorched rice ingredients； thinly spreading the scorched rice ingredients on a heating plate at 150-200 deg C, and cooking scorched rice by pressing for 1-2 minutes； and spreading cheese on one side of the scorched rice, and rolling the scorched rice to one direction. The seasonings include processed kimchi, perilla oil, laver powder, ginseng, powder, and mushroom powder.본 발명은 누룽지 말이 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 누룽지 말이의 제조방법은, 밥에 양념재료를 넣고 섞어 누룽지재료를 준비하는 단계와, 상기 준비한 누룽지재료를 150 ~ 200 ℃ 로 달구어진 판 위에 편 후, 1 ~ 2 분정도 누르면서 익혀 누룽지를 제조하는 단계와, 상기 제조된 누룽지 일면에 치즈를 뿌려 녹인 후, 이 일면이 안으로 말려져 롤 형태로 성형되도록 누룽지 말이를 제조하는 단계로 구성된다.본 발명에 의해, 영양성분이 우수한 누룽지를 롤 형태로 제조함으로써 일반인들이 용이하게 섭취할 수 있음과 동시에 제조공정이 간편하여 대량생산이 가능한 누룽지 말이 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다.
