PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device capable of obtaining a medical/hygienic tool including a sharp part having a smoother surface than before.SOLUTION: A production device for a medical/hygienic tool includes a plate-like holder holding a metal base material including a processed surface obtained by processing, and a generation part generating plasma and/or electrons, in which the medical/hygienic tool including a sharp part is obtained by allowing the plasma and/or the electrons generated in the generation part to collide with the processed surface to polish the processed surface.
