PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking training aid that allows a wheelchair user to easily perform walking training with little assistance and secures the safety of the trainee during walking training.SOLUTION: A walking training aid 11 includes: a support frame body 21 that has a shape surrounding the front and both left/right of a human body in a standing posture and opening the back arm support parts 32 and armpit support parts 33 that are provided on the support frame body 21 and can support the upper body of the human body in the standing posture casters 42 that are provided at lower ends in front of the support frame body 21 and a wheelchair connection part 51 that is provided at the back of the support frame body 21 and detachably attached to the front of the wheelchair 61. In a state where the walking training aid is connected to the wheelchair, the trainee seated on the wheelchair can perform the walking training by just standing up from the wheelchair.
