PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a forward-inclined posture support device capable of achieving miniaturization and improving a fitting feeling.SOLUTION: A forward-inclined posture support device 10 has the first axis corresponding to the lumber axis of a human body and the second axes corresponding to the leg axes of a human body, and includes at the respective positions of the second axes: a pair of right and left base parts 12 where second pulleys 30 are arranged； and a pair of right and left spring holders 14 for storing compression coil springs 18. The forward-inclined posture support device 10 also includes: an upper body support frame 16 to be inclined around the first axis so as to support the upper body of a human body； a pair of right and left wires for transmitting energization force in a getting-up direction of a human body to the upper body support frame 16 when guided by the second pulleys 30 so as to cause the inclination of the upper body support frame 16 with respect to the base parts 12 and then cause the compression of the compression coil springs 18； and a waist belt 38 for laterally connecting portions in the base parts 12 between the first axis and the second axes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】小型化を図ることができると共にフィット感を向上させることができる前傾姿勢サポート装置を得る。【解決手段】前傾姿勢サポート装置１０は、人体の腰軸に対応する第１軸及び人体の脚軸に対応する第２軸を各々備え、第２軸の各々の位置に第２プーリ３０が設けられた左右一対のベース部１２と、圧縮コイルスプリング１８が格納される左右一対のスプリングホルダ部１４と、を備えている。また、前傾姿勢サポート装置１０は、第１軸回りに傾動され、人体の上体を支持する上体支持フレーム１６と、第２プーリ３０にガイドされ、上体支持フレーム１６がベース部１２に対して傾動されることで、圧縮コイルスプリング１８を圧縮させて上体支持フレーム１６に人体を引き起こす方向への付勢力を伝達する左右一対のワイヤと、ベース部１２における第１軸と第２軸との間の部位を左右方向に繋ぐ腰部ベルト３８と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
