PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assist a flower bed design to be planned so that a desired visual image can be actualized when a planted plant has grown.SOLUTION: Each of a plurality of kinds of grown plants is classified according to its external shape gained when viewed from the front side of a flower bed. Then reference outline images determined according to the external shape for each classification are stored in advance. From the reference outline images, a selected designation and a position designation are received, the position designation being for designating an arrangement position of the reference outline image under the selected designation.
