PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing dried yeast having suitable hardness while indicating improved deglutition.SOLUTION: The tablet containing dried yeast comprises different spherical-shaped compressive surfaces as a top surface and a bottom surface, and a cylinder-shaped edge part which is between those surfaces. The compressive surfaces comprise a spherical surface having a radius of curvature R1 formed in a center part and a curved surface having a smaller radius of curvature R2 than the R1 formed in a peripheral edge part.
