PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent global warming by absorbing carbon dioxide in atmospheric air in large amounts and reducing carbon dioxide concentration in atmospheric air when photosynthesis becomes active in the sea that accounts for 70% of the surface of the earth.SOLUTION: An iron ion generation material 16 is integrally fixed to a floating body 14 that maintains a state of floating on a sea surface in the sea water. The iron ion generation material 16 is a metal ball, fiber, or powder containing iron. When the iron ion generation material 16 is formed by solidifying soil containing iron, an inexpensive iron ion generation material 16 with good characteristics can be obtained. If wooden pieces obtained by cutting natural wood are used for the floating body 14, they are rendered harmless after the deterioration of the function since they are corroded and eliminated spontaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】地表の７０％程度を占める海で光合成が活発になれば、大気中の炭酸ガスを大量に吸収して、気中炭酸ガス濃度を低下させ、地球温暖化を防止できる。【解決手段】 海水中で海面に浮き上がる状態を維持する浮体１４に、鉄イオン発生材１６を一体に固定する。この鉄イオン発生材１６は、鉄分を含有する金属による塊や繊維や粉体である。鉄イオン発生材１６を鉄分を含む土を固めたものにすると、廉価で特性の良い鉄イオン発生材１６が得られる。浮体１４を自然木をカットして得られた木片にすると、腐食して自然に消滅するので、機能が低下した後は、無害化させることができる。【選択図】図１
