PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pumping-type plant-culturing basis which includes a pumping body where a water-supplying body necessary for culturing target plants is not restricted only in living peat moss, dried peat moss or a stony body.SOLUTION: The pumping-type plant-culturing basis comprises: a vegetation basis 4 which has an aqueous solution outlet different from an opening portion through which water or aqueous solution making organisms live/grow can be flown, at a position lower than the upper part of a transportation structure 3 with the opening portion, or which has a structure body enabling transportation of the water or the aqueous solution making the organisms live/grow, from a portion for retaining liquid.
