PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work device having high operational reliability of performing a proper work for a work object by deforming a movement-causing part at a designed timing without giving influences from a gripping way (holding way) and an operation method of an operation part, and abutting a movable abutting part and an abutment receiving part on each other at timing as designed.SOLUTION: A first operation part 1 having a movement-causing part 5 and a movable abutting part 6 is composed of two operation parts of a movable operation part 8 provided with the movement-causing part 5 and the movable abutting part 6, and a direct operation part 9 operated through addition of direct control power in operation.
