The invention relates to a pharmaceutical dosage form exhibiting a breaking strength of at least 500 N, said dosage form containing - a pharmacologically active ingredient (A)； - an anionic polysaccharide (B) obtainable by introducing anionic functional groups, in protonated form or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, into a polysaccharide； and - a polyalkylene oxide (C)； wherein the pharmacologically active ingredient (A) is present in a controlled-release matrix comprising the anionic polysaccharide (B) and the polyalkylene oxide (C).L'invention porte sur une forme pharmaceutique qui présente une résistance à la rupture d'au moins 500 N, ladite forme pharmaceutique contenant : un principe actif de façon pharmacologique (A)； un polysaccharide anionique (B) pouvant être obtenu par introduction de groupes fonctionnels anioniques, sous forme protonée ou un sel de qualité physiologique de ceux-ci, dans un polysaccharide, et un poly(oxyde d'alkylène) (C)； le principe actif de façon pharmacologique (A) étant présent dans une matrice à libération contrôlée comportant le polysaccharide anionique (B) et le poly(oxyde d'alkylène) (C).
