The present invention relates to an enzyme wall-breaking vacuum ultrasonic low-temperature extraction method, which is characterized by comprising the steps of: first, subjecting roughly-chopped plant fragments to cell wall breakdown by enzyme decomposition in an anaerobic state, and then performing the ultrasonic low-temperature extraction under a low vapor pressure. According to the extraction method of the present invention, an ultrasonic extraction technique is combined with an enzyme-based wall breakdown approach, in the initial stage of using the enzyme to destruct the plant cell wall, the enzyme decomposition effect of the ultrasonic wave-assistance is enhanced to improve the efficiency of the enzyme destruction of the cell wall . Moreover, the disclosed extraction method can be connected in series in the same extraction equipment and complete several different processes, which can not only shorten the extraction time but also reduce the treatment time required for filtering residues and the usage amount of solvent, and avoid the high temperature and oxidation destroying the active ingredients and maintain the activity of the extracted active substance.本發明係關於一種酵素破壁真空超音波低溫萃取方法,特徵在於包含將經過粗碎之植物碎片,於無氧狀態下進行酵素分解破壁,之後於低蒸氣壓下進行超音波低溫萃取。根據本發明之萃取法,是將超音波萃取技術與酵素破壁之方法結合,於利用酵素對植物細胞壁進行初期破壞的同時,即輔以超音波強化酵素之分解作用,提高酵素破壞細胞壁的效率。而且,本發明之萃取方法可在同一個萃取設備內串聯並完成數個不同的製程,不僅能夠有效縮短萃取時間,也可減少過濾殘渣處理時間及溶劑使用量,並避免高溫及氧化作用破壞有效成分,保持萃取所得活性物質之活性。
