To solve problems for example, for providing a liniment capable of supplying sufficient and required amount of hydrogen in use time in which the liniment is applied to a skin, if reaction of a hydrogen generation agent in preservation time is considered, reduction of a hydrogen holding amount has to be suppressed in use time, and a large amount of the hydrogen generation agent has to be blended, thereby causing hydrogen generation reduction in application time to a skin and increase of cost.SOLUTION: There is provided a liniment in which, a dehumidification agent, a high melting point fat, and a low melting point fat are combined in the liniment, so that, the high melting point fat insulates the hydrogen generation agent and moisture in the air, and the dehumidification agent absorbs the moisture, so that, reaction of the hydrogen generation agent and moisture before application to a skin, can be suppressed, and even with a small amount of the hydrogen generation agent, sufficient amount of hydrogen can be supplied in use time.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 皮膚に塗布する使用時に必要十分な水素を供給可能な塗布剤を提供するために、保管時における水素発生剤の反応を考慮すると、使用時に水素保持量の低減を抑制する必要、および、多大な水素発生剤を配合する必要があり、皮膚塗布時での水素発生低下、および、高コスト構造となっていた。【解決手段】 塗布剤に除湿剤と高融点油脂と低融点油脂を組み合わせて用いることで、高融点油脂が水素発生剤と空気中の水分を遮断し、さらに除湿剤が水分を吸収することによって、水素発生剤と水分が皮膚塗布前に反応することへの抑制が可能となり、少量の水素発生剤であっても使用時に十分な水素を供給できる塗布剤を提供する。【選択図】なし
