PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil and fat compositions that effectively prevent the oxidation of oils and fats contained therein, for example, when encapsulated, and provide a capsule agent with the improved durability of a capsule containing the oil and fat compositions.SOLUTION: Oil and fat compositions contain oils and fats, and a powder that generates hydrogen by contact with water. A capsule agent is prepared by putting the oil and fat compositions into a capsule having a moisture value of less than 10%.
