PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of seaweed alkali concentrate is provided to manufacture seaweed alkali concentrate which is rich in mineral and dietary fiber with very low calories and contains seaweed polysaccharides. CONSTITUTION: After heated at 700°；C, 2kg of raw stones are ground by a ball mill to less than 10&mu；m in diameter. After washed clean and dried at above 80°；C for 8 hours in a drier, seaweeds are ground by a grinder. After 1kg of raw stone powder and seaweed powder are put into 100l of purified water and mixed sufficiently in a mixer for two hours, the mixture of the mineral powder and the seaweed powder is matured for 24 hours and filtered. As the raw stones, two are chosen among 1kg of crystals, 1kg of jades, 1kg of micas and 1kg of tourmalines. As the seaweeds, one, two or more are chosen among kelp, sea mustard, red laver, hijikia and gulfweed.본 발명은 수정 1kg, 옥 1kg, 운모 1kg, 투르말린 1kg 중에서 선택된 두개의 원석 2kg을 700℃ 로 가열한 다음, 볼밀로 분쇄하여 직경 10㎛ 이하로 분쇄한 다음, 다시마, 미역, 김, 톳 및 모자반 중에서 선택된 어느 하나의 해초 또는 두 개 이상의 해초를 깨끗이 세척하여 불순물을 제거한 후에, 건조기에서 80℃ 이상에서 8시간 건조시킨 후에, 분쇄기로 분쇄하여 분말화 시킨 다음, 정제수 100ℓ에 상기 직경의 크기가 10㎛ 이하로 분쇄한 수정 1kg, 옥 1kg, 운모 1kg, 투르말린 1kg 중에서 선택된 두개의 원석 2kg과 분쇄기로 분말화된 해초 1kg을 교반기에 넣어 2시간 동안 충분히 혼합한 다음,24시간 동안 숙성시킨 후에 필터를 통과시켜 제조된 해초 알카리 농축액의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
