CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a pill for promoting constipation comprises: a step of preparing a powdery first ingredient； a step of preparing a liquid second ingredient； a step of mixing the first ingredient and second ingredient and making the mixture in a pill； and a step of drying the pill. The first ingredient contains 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of Aquilariae Lignum, 0.3-0.7 parts by weight of Phellinus baumii or Fomes Fomentarius Kicrx, 7-12 parts by weight of Psidium guajava, 7-12 parts by weight of Rubi Fructus, 7-12 parts by weight of Chinese matrimony vine, 7-12 parts by weight of lotus seed, 7-13 parts by weight of Chinese dioscorea, 7-12 parts by weight of Magnoliae Cortex, 7-12 parts by weight of Aurantii nobilis Pericarpium, 7-12 parts by weight of Cuscutae Semen, 7-12 parts by weight of Torilidis Fructus, and 7-12 parts by weight of Schizandra based on 20 parts by weight of kelp.본 발명은 다시마 등의 천연재료를 이용한 새로운 배변촉진용 환의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 배변촉진용 환의 제조방법은, 다시마 20중량부에 대하여, 침향 0.1~0.3중량부, 상황버섯 또는 말굽버섯 0.3~0.7중량부, 구아바 7~12중량부, 복분자 7~12중량부, 구기자 7~12중량부, 연자 7~12중량부, 녹신 7~12중량부, 산약 7~12중량부, 후박 7~12중량부, 진피 7~12중량부, 산사 7~12중량부, 토사자 7~12중량부, 사상자 7~12중량부, 오미자 7~12중량부를 포함하는 제1성분을 분말로 준비하는 제1단계； 매실, 솔잎, 모과, 자두, 지실을 각각 설탕과 1:1~2의 중량비로 혼합하여 숙성시킨 매실액 7~12중량부, 솔잎액 7~12중량부, 모과액 7~12중량부, 자두액 7~12중량부, 지실액 7~12중량부를 포함하는 제2성분을 액상으로 준비하는 제2단계； 제1단계의 분말 제1성분과 제2단계의 액상 제2성분을 혼합, 교반한 후 소정 크기의 환으로 제환하는 제3단계； 제3단계의 환을 건조하는 제4단계；로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 여기서 제3단계는 환으로 만든 후 석청으로 코팅하는 과정을 더 포함하면서 실시할 수 있고, 제1단계는 기능성 향상을 위해 제1성분으로 삼백초 15~25중량부, 석창포 15~25중량부, 산삼 0.1~0.5중량부, 사향 0.1~0.3중량부, 자수정 0.3~0.7중량부, 육계 7~12중량부, 천오 7~12중량부, 함초 7~12중량부 중의 하나 이상을 더 포함하면서 준비할 수 있다.
