PURPOSE: Feed for ruminant livestock containing Cordyceps sinensis, a breeding method of the ruminant livestock using the same and meat of the ruminant livestock cultivated thereby are provided to increase the cordycepin content in meat of the ruminant livestock by using the Cordyceps sinensis. CONSTITUTION: A cultivating method of Cordyceps sinensis includes the following steps: preparing a growing medium including compositions 25-30 weight% for cultivating the Cordyceps sinensis and moisture 70-75 weight%； inoculating liquid fungus of the Cordyceps sinensis； cultivating the inoculated medium； harevesting the grown Cordyceps sinensis. The 0.1-3 weight% of Cordyceps sinensis is included the feeder.본 발명은 단백질 함량이 50중량% 이상인 식물성 원료를 함유하는 동충하초의 재배용 조성물로 동충하초를 재배하는 방법, 상기와 같은 방법으로 재배된 동충하초를 포함하는 반추가축용 사료, 이를 이용한 반추가축의 사육 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 사육된 반추가축의 고기, 유가공품 및 육가공품에 대한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 방법으로 재배된 동충하초를 포함하는 반추가축용 사료로 사육된 반추가축의 고기는 근육 내에 코디세핀의 함량이 높아, 기능성 고기로서 널리 활용될 수 있고, 아울러 다양한 육가공품 및 유가공품에도 이용될 수 있다.
