PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture method of plant worm which can culture with high infection rate by determining the health condition and growth step of pupae and inoculating to reduce the number of pupae which rot without infection and pupae which grow wings without infection.SOLUTION: The culture method of plant worm of the present invention comprises a cocoon-cutting step of pulling out a pupa from a cocoon, a pupa health condition determining step of determining the health condition of the pupa, a pupa growth step-determining step of determining the growth step of the pupa, an inoculation step of inoculating the pupa with plant worm fungus, an infection step of facilitating the hyphal formation of plant worm to a pupa after the inoculation step, an infection confirmation step of determining the infectious condition to a pupa after the infection step, a cultivation step of facilitating the formation of plant worm fruit body after the infection confirmation step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
