The present invention relates to a hydrogel-based wound coating composition containing aloin and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically, to a wound coating composition prepared by adding aloin to hydrogel composed of polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose to effectively protect and treat a wound, and a preparation method thereof. In the wound coating composition containing aloin, aloin is added to hydron. The preparation method hydrogel-based wound coating composition containing aloin comprises: a first step of obtaining a mixed solution in which polyvinyl alcohol and carboxymethyl cellulose are dissolved； a second step of adding aloin to the mixed solution； and a third step of forming a gel from the mixed solution added with the aloin.본 발명은 알로인을 함유하는 하이드로겔 기반의 창상피복제용 조성물과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리비닐알콜과 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스로 조성된 하이드로겔에 알로인을 첨가하여 창상 보호 및 치료에 효과적인 창상피복제용 조성물과 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 알로인을 함유하는 하이드로겔 기반의 창상피복제용 조성물은 하이드로겔에 알로인(aloin)이 함유한다. 그리고 본 발명의 알로인을 함유하는 하이드로겔 기반의 창상피복제용 조성물의 제조방법은 폴리비닐알콜과 카르복시메틸셀룰로오스(carboxymethyl cellulose)가 용해된 혼합용액을 수득하는 제 1단계와, 혼합용액에 알로인(aloin)을 첨가하는 제 2단계와, 알로인이 첨가된 상기 혼합용액을 겔화시키는 제 3단계를 포함한다.
