An objective of the present invention is to solve a problem of a conventionally used wound dressing material. Most of foam dressing materials and hydrogel as a conventionally used wound dressing material has a problem that the dressing materials and the hydrogel maintain only a wet state or are dissolved by exudation and the like to leave a residue stuck on a wound portion and thus, secondary washing of the wound portion is required. Moreover, the foam dressing material is made of urethane and the like such that it is difficult to assign a material capable of promoting the cure of a wound or antibacterial property. Moreover, in the case of the hydrogel, it is difficult to assign antibacterial property due to a process. Moreover, the urethane foam dressing agent has disadvantages of low absorptiveness and weak mechanical strength such as tearing strength. To solve such problems, polyurethane foam and hydrofiber are mixed as a wound dressing material used for treating a wound. According to the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: manufacturing hydrofiber non-woven fabric； manufacturing a pore-less film (skin)； and forming polyurethane foam.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020본 발명은 현재 사용되고 있는 창상피복제의 문제점을 해결하고자 하는 것이다.현재 사용되고 있는 창상피복제로서 폼드래싱제 및 수화겔은 대부분 습윤상태만을 유지하거나 삼출물 등에 의해 용해되어 상처부위에 잔여물이 달라붙어 있어 2차적으로 상처부위를 세척해야 하는 문제가 있다.그리고 상기 폼드래싱제는 우레탄 등으로 제조되기 때문에 상처의 치유를 촉진할 수 있는 물질이나 항균성을 부여하기 어렵고, 수화겔의 경우에도 공정상 항균성을 부여하기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 또한 우레탄 폼드래싱제은 흡수성이 낮고 인열강도 등 기계적 강도가 약하다는 단점이 있다. 본 발명은 이와 같이 현재 사용되고 있는 창상피복제의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 상처치료에 사용되는 창상피복제로 폴리우레탄 폼과 하이드로화이버를 복합화함으로써 상기의 문제점을 해결한 제조방법과, 상기 폴리우레탄 폼/ 하이드로화이버 복합체를 이용하여 제조된 창상 피복제에 관한 것이다.
