Proposed method comprises providing extract of Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni dissolving said extract in first aqueous solution of an organic solvent to obtain a first mixture of steviol glycosides, where said organic solvent is selected from a group consisting of methanol, ethanol and mixture of said substances, and concentration of said organic solvent is 75-99 vol% induction crystallisation in first mixture filtering said mixture to produce first precipitate and first filtrate dissolution of first precipitate in second aqueous solution of an organic solvent to obtain a second mixture, where said organic solvent selected from a group consisting of methanol, ethanol and mixture of said substances, and concentration of said organic solvent is 70-80 vol% induction crystallisation in second mixture filtering of said mixture to produce second precipitate and second filtrate dissolution of second precipitate in third aqueous solution of an organic solvent to produce a third of mixture, where said organic solvent is selected from a group consisting of methanol, ethanol and mixture of said substances, and concentration of said organic solvent is 10-80 vol% induction crystallisation in third mixture and filtration of said mixture to produce third precipitate and third filtrate to obtain purified Rebaudioside D.
