Provided are: a culture method with which it is possible to obtain active cells, the culture method being characterized in that lactic acid bacteria are bred by a proprietary culture method for culturing while imparting various stresses to induce and express exceptional inherent survivability in the lactic acid bacteria, and active cells are produced and a lactic acid bacteria solid fermentation product in which the inherent bacterial survivability resulting from the culturing is induced and expressed.
