The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating triple negative breast cancer, containing tumor infiltrating lymphocytes as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes isolated from triple negative breast cancer tissues react with tumor cells cultured from a corresponding patient and with tumor cells in a patient-derived xenograft model so as to induce the apoptosis of tumor cell and significantly inhibit tumor growth, and exhibit anti-cancer effects by selectively acting on only a corresponding tumor. Therefore, tumor infiltrating lymphocytes having these effects can be effectively used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating triple negative breast cancer, a composition for cellular immunotherapy, and the like.La présente invention concerne une composition de prévention ou de traitement du cancer du sein triple négatif, contenant des lymphocytes infiltrant une tumeur en tant que principe actif. Selon la présente invention, des lymphocytes infiltrant les tumeurs isolées à partir de tissus cancéreux du sein triple négatif réagissent avec des cellules tumorales cultivées d'un patient correspondant et avec des cellules tumorales dans un modèle de xénogreffe dérivé du patient de manière à induire l'apoptose de la cellule tumorale et à inhiber significativement la croissance tumorale, et présentent des effets anticancéreux en n'agissant sélectivement que sur une tumeur correspondante.
