There is described herein methods for improving tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy by limiting the effect of innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) thereon. For example, in an aspect, there is provided a method of treating cancer in a patient in need thereof, comprising inhibiting the suppressive effect of CD56+CD3- innate lymphoid cells (ILCs) on tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) propagation or expansion.La présente invention concerne des méthodes permettant d'améliorer une thérapie des lymphocytes infiltrant les tumeurs (TIL) en limitant l'effet des cellules lymphoïdes innées (ILC) sur ceux-ci.
