PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external-use ankle foot orthosis (shoe) which assists walking of a disable person while providing a comfortable use, which can inspire the disable person to go outside.SOLUTION: In an external-use ankle foot orthosis (shoe), a heel part is obliquely cut so as to prevent a heel from being caught on a ground surface (floor surface), a sole of an arch part is recessed inwardly so that the sole is warped and thus providing an easy walking feeling, and the arch part of the sole is curved so as to assist a person whose foot arch-shape is not maintained due to less walking opportunity. An upper (instep) of a shoe is made of a light and soft material, such as an Australian kangaroo skin which provides a comfortable wearing feeling, or a thin and water-proof Japanese skin. The material is colored in a beautiful color to achieve a comfortable walking feeling and a fashionable design.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】使用者の歩行を助け、爽快な使用感を実現するとともに、障害のある人が積極的に使用して外出する意欲をかきたてる外用短下肢装具(靴)を提供する。【解決手段】外用短下肢装具(靴)は、かかとの部分を斜めにカットすることにより、かかとが地面(床面)に引っかかることを防ぎ、土踏まずの部分の靴底をえぐることにより、靴底がしなって歩行しやすく、靴底の土踏まずの部分にカーブをつけ、歩く機会が少ないために足のアーチ型が保てなくなっている人の歩行を助け、靴のアッパー(甲革)に軽くて柔らかく、履き心地のよいオーストラリア産のカンガルーの革、もしくは薄くて耐水性のある日本産の革を美しい色で染めて使用し、歩きやすさとおしゃれなデザインを実現する。【選択図】図1
