The present invention provides a lower limb correction gear, which comprises two main bodies, wherein each main body is formed with a wearing space, and is provided with a foot sole section and an ankle section connecting with the foot sole section. The inner side of the foot sole section is formed with an arch region. Each main body comprises a base and a first elastic auxiliary portion, wherein the base and the first elastic auxiliary portion are adjacent to each other for surrounding the wearing space. The base is extended from the foot sole section to the ankle section. The first elastic auxiliary portion is extended from the foot sole section toward the ankle section and passes around the arch region. In which, the first elastic auxiliary portion is extended from an instep region and sequentially passes through the arch region corresponding to a wedge bone of the human skeleton and through a sole region and an outer edge region corresponding to the lateral malleolus of the human skeleton； and, then extending obliquely up to the ankle section, so as to preventing genu varum and avoiding the pelvis from tilting and rotating.本發明係一種下肢矯正裝具，其包含二本體，每一本體內形成一穿套空間，以及每一本體具有一腳掌段及連接該腳掌段的腳踝段，該腳掌段的內側形成一足弓區，每一本體包含一基部及一第一彈性輔助部，該基部與該第一彈性輔助部皆鄰接、圍繞該穿套空間，該基部由該腳掌段延伸至該腳踝段，該第一彈性輔助部由該腳掌段朝該腳踝段延伸並繞經該足弓區，其中，該第一彈性輔助部自該腳背區延伸並依序通過該足弓區而對應人體骨骼的楔形骨、通過該腳底區及該外緣區而對應人體骨骼的外踝，接著斜上延伸至該腳踝段，藉以預防O型腿及骨盆倾斜旋轉等現象。
