The present invention provides an assistant device for laparoscopic surgery, which is used for suturing surgery portions in body besides performing a function for maintaining a passage of surgical instruments and tools during the laparoscopic surgery and enables an operator to feed a suture to a sutured portion and to easily take a tip end of the suture from the body, thereby enabling the operator to easily and rapidly suture the surgery portions within the body. The present invention comprises: a needle assembly (10) in which a first needle member (11) and a second needle member (12) are arranged to be spaced at regular intervals and which feeds the suture of the first needle member (11) to the second needle member (12) and fixates the suture and a trocar member (20) which is provided with a trocar (21) guiding the first needle member (11) and the second needle member (12), and is assembled with the first needle member (11) and the second needle member (12) of the needle assembly (10). The first needle member (11) has a suture loader (13), at a tip end portion, installed toward the second needle member (12) and forming a groove (13′) where the suture is hung at a tip end portion, and the second needle member (12) has an eye of a needle into which the suture fed by the suture loader (13) is inserted.본 발명은 복강경 수술시 수술기구 및 도구의 통로를 유지해 주는 기능 외에 체내의 수술 부위를 봉합을 수행하는데 이용되며, 봉합 부위로 봉합사를 전달한 후 봉합사의 끝단을 체외로 빼내는 작업을 쉽게 수행할 수 있어 체내의 수술 부위에 대한 봉합 작업을 쉽고 빠르게 수행할 수 있도록 하는 복강경 수술 보조구에 관한 것으로서,제1바늘부재(11)와 제2바늘부재(12)가 일정 간격으로 이격되게 배치되고, 상기 제1바늘부재(11)의 봉합사를 상기 제2바늘부재(12)로 전달하여 고정하는 바늘 조립체(10)와 상기 제1바늘부재(11)와 제2바늘부재(12)를 안내하는 투관침(21)을 구비하며 상기 바늘 조립체(10)의 제1바늘부재(11)와 제2바늘부재(12)가 조립되는 트로카 부재(20)로 구성되며, 상기 제1바늘부재(11)는 끝단 부분에 상기 제2바늘부재(12)를 향하여 설치되고 선단부에 봉합사가 걸쳐지는 홈(13)이 형성된 봉합사 로더(13)를 구비하고, 상기 제2바늘부재(12)는 상기 봉합사 로더(13)에 의해 전달되는 봉합사가 삽입되는 바늘귀를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
