PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a levator for suture operation that can easily and safely lift a suture operation area and perform a suture operation even when a fat layer is thick and incised portion is small.SOLUTION: In a levator for suture operation 1, a shaft 14 having a raising arm 12 at a tip thereof is inserted into a nozzle 16, and the nozzle is inserted into an incised portion for a suture operation. By operating an operation part 20, the shaft progresses towards the nozzle, which progress allows the raising arm to progress in a direction orthogonal to an axial direction of the nozzle to thereby lift a suture operation area. A tip cap 18 is provided at a tip of the nozzle, and a guide face is provided at an area on the tip cap opposite the raising arm so as to guide the raising arm to bend in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
