A deformable cable robot apparatus according to the present invention includes: a multistage variable frame section stretching in a length direction a fixed frame section having one or more variable frame sections, supporting a first variable frame section to be perpendicular to a ground surface, and supporting a second variable frame section to be horizontal to the ground surface a first cable frame section withdrawn from the fixed frame section to be perpendicular to the ground surface as a result of stretching of the first variable frame section a second cable frame section withdrawn from the fixed frame section to be horizontal to the ground surface as a result of stretching of the second variable frame section and a cable connected to end portions of the first cable frame section and the second cable frame section and forming tension for motion.
