PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biogalvanic battery treating device for providing excellent touch feeling and obtaining an excellent current stimulation effect.SOLUTION: The biogalvanic battery treating device includes: a support body and an electrogenic layer fixedly formed on the surface of the support body. The electrogenic layer includes: a base material negative electrodes of zinc oxide fine particles which are contained by distribution in the base material and function as an N-type semiconductor and positive electrodes of noble metal particles which are contained by distribution in the base material.
