PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residual amount detection device of an enclosure in a bag body, capable of improving detection accuracy of a residual amount, simply detecting the residual amount of the enclosure in the bag body, facilitating attachment/detachment work of the bag body, having a simple configuration, and being easily implemented, and a kneading device.SOLUTION: The residual amount detection device pulls both ends of a base material pack 2 including an outlet 25 at one end and configured to bulge by inclusion of a fluid material therein, in directions of separating from each other and, when the length of the base material pack 2 reaches a preset first value, provides notification that the residual amount of the content in the base material pack 2 is lowered to the set value.
