PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oil-and-fat food for toast with which toast topped with flavor granules comprising vegetable, egg or the like is obtained, which is formed so that the flavor granules are difficult to flow over from the toast when eaten, and also the flavor granules float on the toast so as to make an eater easily and also visually realize that the toast is flavored with the flavor granules.SOLUTION: The oil-and-fat food for toast is applied on bread to be toasted. Flavor granules produced by granulating flavor raw material with starch are almost homogeneously dispersed in an oil-and-fat composition. The oil-and-fat composition contains an emulsifier having HLB 10 or less.
