PURPOSE: A multipurpose salt producing apparatus and a salt manufacturing method using the same are provided to use the apparatus and the method to purify bay salt and air-dry dry objects other than bay salt by applying an air-drying method.CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose salt producing apparatus(100) comprises a main frame(110) including bay salt water in which bay salt is dissolved a ventilation induction frame formed of a net structure enabling ventilation of gas evaporated at air-drying and outer air at a side of the apparatus and a cover frame(150) in which a light transmission window(153) is prepared. The ventilation induction frame comprises a frame body of which upper and lower parts and sides are extended to a constant height a side net body door(135) rotatably coupled with a hinge of the frame body, wherein a center part of the side net body door is formed of a net for ventilation and an auxiliary dry frame formed to be supported in the frame body, wherein a center part of the auxiliary dry frame is formed of a net.
