PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device which makes fixing of a slide frame that holds a foot rest easy, with damage on the slide frame being reduced.SOLUTION: A lock device adjusts height of a foot rest so as to selectively fix, at a specified position, a leg part frame of a wheel chair and a slide frame which is slidably inserted into the leg part frame. It includes: a body part which is attached to an outer periphery of the leg part frame a lock lever pivoted on the body part for rotation and a pressurizing member which is housed inside the body part, being arranged between a base end of the lock lever and the outer periphery of the leg part frame, to pressurize the slide frame against the leg part frame through a through hole opened on the leg part frame.
