The present invention relates to a device for holding and harvesting the human tissues excised in the abdominal cavity to the outside of the body during a laparoscopic surgery. In particular, the present invention relates to a tissue harvesting device which is miniaturized to be able to be injected into the abdominal cavity using a 5-pi trocar. The tissue harvesting device according to the present invention comprises: a pouch； a hand assembly； and a guide tube, wherein the guide tube has an outer diameter of 5.5 mm or less overall.본 발명은 복강경 수술 시 복강 내에서 절제된 인체 조직을 담아 체외로 적출하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 5파이 트로카를 이용해 복강에 투입 가능하도록 소형화한 조직 적출 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조직 적출 장치는 파우치, 핸들 어셈블리, 가이드 튜브를 포함하며 전체적으로 5.5mm 이하 크기의 외경을 갖는다.
