The present invention provides a pouch for laparoscopic surgery, which discharges a pouch member, formed with an over bag within a hollow pipe shaped cannula, to a front end of the cannula by a guide block moved by an operation wire, and then unfolds an extracted thing holding bag and the over bag from the pouch member by elasticity of the operation wire, thereby safely holding extracted things cut during the laparoscopic surgery； makes an electrically driven crusher go into the hollow space of the cannula and crush the extracted things, thereby preventing outflow of crushed tissues by the extracted thing holding bag and the over bag； enables various tools for the laparoscopic surgery to go into the abdominal cavity via the cannula, thereby making it unnecessary to cut the abdominal cavity more than necessary for securing a clear view, and reducing surgery time and patient recovery time； and blocks the outflow of the crushed extracted things by the over bag extended from the extracted thing holding bag, thereby minimizing spread of cancer and also development of complications.본 발명은 중공을 갖는 관상의 캐뉼러 내부에 오버백이 형성된 파우치부재가 조작와이어에 의해 이동하는 가이드블록에 의해 캐뉼러 전단으로 방출된 후, 파우치부재 중 전개와이어의 탄성에 의해 적출물수용백 및 오버백이 전개되도록 하여, 복강경 수술 중 절단된 적출물을 안전하게 수용함은 물론, 캐뉼러의 중공을 통해 전동분쇄기를 진입시켜, 적출물을 분쇄하도록 해 적출물수용백 및 오버백에 의해 분쇄조직의 유출이 발생하지 않고, 캐뉼러를 통해 다양한 복강경 수술용 도구가 복강 내로 진입 가능하여 복강에 필요 이상의 절개부를 형성할 필요가 없어, 시야 확보와 수술시간의 감소 및 환자 회복의 시간이 감소하며, 적출물수용백에서 연장된 오버백에 의해 분쇄되는 절제물이 파우치 밖으로 유출되는 것을 차단하여, 암 전이를 최소화함은 물론, 합병증의 발병을 최소화하는 복강경 수술용 파우치를 제공한다.
