TYRO3 receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor for use in the treatment of a cancer in which TYRO3 is overexpressed, selected from the group consisting of bladder tumor, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, cystic adenoid salivary gland carcinoma, Burkitt lymphoma, multiple myeloma , pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, hair cell leukemia, metastatic prostate cancer, melanoma and colorectal cancer, where the inhibitor is selected from the group consisting of an antibody directed against the extracellular domain of TYRO3, a nucleic acid molecule that specifically interferes with the expression of TYRO3, a dominant negative receptor TYRO3 that has a dead kinase domain, and a soluble decoy of TYRO3, said soluble decoy of TYRO3 being a recombinant TYRO3 receptor constituted by at least one domain of type Ig or fibronectin III of the extracellular domain of the recipient.Inhibidor del receptor tirosina cinasa TYRO3 para uso en el tratamiento de un cáncer en que se sobreexpresa TYRO3, seleccionado del grupo que consiste en tumor de vejiga, linfoma difuso de células B grandes, carcinoma adenoide quístico de glándula salival, linfoma de Burkitt, mieloma múltiple, adenocarcinoma ductal pancreático, leucemia de células pilosas, cáncer metastásico de próstata, melanoma y cáncer colorrectal, en donde el inhibidor es seleccionado del grupo que consiste en un anticuerpo dirigido contra el dominio extracelular de TYRO3, una molécula de ácido nucleico que interfiere específicamente en la expresión de TYRO3, un receptor negativo dominante TYRO3 que presenta un dominio cinasa muerto, y un señuelo soluble de TYRO3, siendo dicho señuelo soluble de TYRO3 un receptor TYRO3 recombinante constituido por, al menos, un dominio de tipo Ig o de fibronectina III del dominio extracelular del receptor.
