PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide soluble receptor and binding protein acting as a decoy for toxin and pathogenic components mediating infection and disease development, and decoy technologies for production thereof in commercially feasible volumes at a reasonable cost with increased stability.SOLUTION: There are provided chimeric toxin receptor proteins having a toxin receptor associated with an immunoglobulin complex having at least part of an immunoglobulin heavy chain and at least part of an immunoglobulin light chain. Such chimeric toxin receptor proteins have improved stability as compared with chimeric toxin receptor proteins lacking the light chain. Also provided are highly stable chimeric toxin receptor proteins for anthrax and botulinum.【課題】感染および発病を媒介する毒素及び病原体成分についてのデコイ（decoy）として作用する可溶性受容体及び結合タンパク質並びに安定性が高く、妥当な費用で商業的に実現可能な容量生産するデコイ技術を提供する。【解決手段】少なくとも免疫グロブリン重鎖の一部および少なくとも免疫グロブリン軽鎖の一部を有する免疫グロブリン複合体と会合した毒素受容体を持つキメラ毒素受容体タンパク質を記載するものである。かかるキメラ毒素受容体タンパク質は、該軽鎖を欠失している該キメラ毒素受容体タンパク質と比較して安定性が改良されている。高い安定性をもった炭疽菌およびボツリヌス菌のキメラ毒素受容体タンパク質。【選択図】図１４
