PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an edible shea olein that is liquid to keep flowability at room temperature for a long time, where, according to a preferred embodiment, it is liquid to keep flowability even in a wide range of temperatures from low temperature to room temperature for a long time.SOLUTION: A shea olein is prepared such that the iodine value is 73 or more, the StOSt is 2.0 wt.% or less, and the diacylglycerol (DG) content is 10 wt.% or less.
