PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined confectionery capable of preparing a coated food product formed by coating a confectionery for a core material with an instant coating-like coated food product, preferably, a fried food product-like coated food product.SOLUTION: There is provided a combined confectionery by which coating cooking can be pseud-experienced in a non-heating way. The combined confectionery includes (A) powder for an instant coating-like coated food product, (B) a confectionery for a core material and (C) a tray for preparation: (A) powder for an instant coating-like coated food product containing anhydrous glucose as much as 50-80 wt.% and pregelatinized starch as much as 20-50 wt.% in the whole weight of the powder for the instant coating-like coated food product, (B) a confectionery for a core material and (C) a tray for preparation having following recesses (X) and (Y); (X) a housing part for the powder for the instant coating-like coated food product, and (Y) a housing part for an aqueous medium.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】芯材用菓子に即席衣様被覆食品が被覆された被覆食品、好ましくは、フライ食品様の被覆食品を調製し得る組合せ菓子の提供。【解決手段】非加熱で被覆調理を疑似体験できる組合せ菓子であって、下記即席衣様被覆食品用粉末(A)、芯材用菓子(B)及び調製用トレイ(C)を備える組合せ菓子。(A)即席衣様被覆食品用粉末全体重量中、無水ブドウ糖を50~80重量%、α化澱粉を20~50重量%含有する即席衣様被覆食品用粉末(B)芯材用菓子(C)下記凹部(X)(Y)を有する調製用トレイ(X)上記即席衣様被覆食品用粉末収容部(Y)水性媒体収容部【選択図】なし
