The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a functionality-enhanced mineral preparation of desalted lava seawater. In particular, the present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a functionality-enhanced lava seawater salt enhanced in palatability and preference since a Sargassum muticum extract is impregnated.
