According to the present invention, a method for preparing red yeast rice comprises: a step of preparing an anchovy and kelp extract; a step of preparing a plant juice extract, an algae juice extract or a red yeast mycelium juice extract; a step of mixing grains and the anchovy extract and primarily coating the grains with the anchovy extract; a step of drying the primarily coated grains; a step of mixing the dried primarily coated grains with the plant juice extract, the algae juice extract or the red yeast mycelium juice extract and secondarily coating the grains with the plant juice extract, the algae juice extract or the red yeast mycelium juice extract; and a step of drying the secondarily coated grains. The anchovy extract is obtained by putting 50-75 wt% of a liquor solution having a purity of 95% and 25-50 wt% of nano-pulverized anchovy powder into a cylindrical mixer, maintaining a temperature of 15-25°;C, and stirring the mixture at a speed of 15-30 rpm for 1-4 hours and then filtering the same; the grain and anchovy extract is obtained by putting 60-90 wt% of grains and 10-40 wt% of an anchovy extract in a cylindrical mixer, maintaining a temperature of 15-25°;C, stirring the mixture at a speed of 15-30 rpm for 1-4 hours, and primarily coating the grains with the anchovy extract and then drying the same; and the primarily coated grains are obtained by putting 60-90 wt% of primarily coated grains and 10-40 wt% of a plant juice extract, an algae juice extract or a red yeast mycelium extract into a cylindrical mixer, maintaining a temperature of 15-25°;C, stirring the mixture at a speed of 15-30 rpm for 1-4 hours, and secondarily coating the grains with the juice extract and then drying the same.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018본 발명에 의하면, 멸치 및 다시마 추출액을 제조하는 단계; 식물 착즙액, 조류(藻類) 착즙액 또는 홍국균사체 착즙액을 제조하는 단계; 곡물과 상기 멸치 추출액을 혼합하여 곡물에 멸치 추출액을 1차 코팅하는 단계; 상기 1차 코팅시킨 곡물을 건조하는 단계; 상기 건조시킨 1차 코팅 곡물은 상기 식물 착즙액, 조류(藻類) 착즙액 또는 홍국균사체 착즙액과 혼합하여 곡물에 식물 착즙액, 조류(藻類) 착즙액 또는 홍국균사체 착즙액을
