PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of continuously separating blood from an isotonic solution containing the blood due to bleeding, condensing the blood and returning the condensed blood to a patient.SOLUTION: The separation, solution return and blood return apparatus 100 separates the isotonic solution 15 from a mixed solution 17 containing the blood 16 extracted from the abdominal cavity 10 of a patient and the isotonic solution 15, returns the isotonic solution 15 to the abdominal cavity 10 of the patient, and returns the blood 16 to the blood vessel. The apparatus performs, in parallel, extraction of the mixed solution 17 from the abdominal cavity 10, return of the isotonic solution 15 to the abdominal cavity 10, and return of the blood 16 to the patient.
