A blood clotting agent solution that contains, as an active ingredient, a liquid blood embolic protein intrinsic composition E2P capable of promoting and accelerating blood clotting, said liquid blood embolic protein intrinsic composition E2P being a composition that is obtained by removing Smsp-2 and Smsp-3 and further removing calcium ion from a protein extract of a silk fiber net of a 5th instar larva of Stenopsyche marmorata, has a standardized phosphorylation rate of 36±3%, and comprises lesp-400kDa (Smsp-1) and lesp-14kDa (Smsp-4) wherein the ratio by weight of lesp-400kDa (Smsp-1):lesp-14kDa (Smsp-4) is 9:1. The blood clotting agent solution comprises a solution of the aforesaid liquid blood embolic protein intrinsic composition E2P and a phosphate ion-free buffer that is isotonic to a body fluid. A method for producing the aforesaid blood clotting agent solution and the production of the liquid blood embolic protein intrinsic composition E2P.Cette invention concerne une solution d'agent de coagulation sanguine qui contient, à titre de principe actif, une composition E2P intrinsèque de protéine d'embolie sanguine liquide capable de favoriser et d'accélérer la coagulation sanguine, ladite composition E2P intrinsèque de protéine d'embolie sanguine liquide étant une composition qui est obtenue par élimination de Smsp-2 et Smsp-3, puis élimination en outre de l'ion calcium d'un extrait protéique d'une fibre de soie hors le 5ème stade larvaire de Stenopsyche marmorata, ayant un taux de phosphorylation normalisé de 36 ± 3 %, et comprenant lesp-400 kDa (Smsp-1) et lesp-14 kDa (Smsp-4), le rapport en poids lesp-400kDa (Smsp-1):lesp-14kDa (Smsp-4) étant est de 9:1.
