According to the present invention, disclosed is a multipurpose fruit peeling device. The multipurpose fruit peeing device comprises: a rotation shaft housing installed on an outer surface of a rear end of a cover frame a rotation shaft holder installed inside the cover frame so that a rotation shaft is fixed at both sides to rotate without runout a fixture which is replaceable depending on types of fruits a supporter capable of accommodating a navel of a fruit, which includes a protruding end and a central groove to accommodate a fruit having a recessed portion around the navel at the recessed portion and a removing blade installed at an end of a removing shaft and having a round shaped cross-section in order to minimize loads applied when cutting out a stalk end of a rotating fruit as the removing shaft moves forward.본 발명의 다목적 과일 박피장치에 있어서, 커버프레임의 후단 외측면에 회전축하우징을 설치하고, 커버프레임의 내측에는 회전축홀더를 설치하여 회전축이 양측에서 고정되어 흔들림없이 회전할 수 있도록 하고, 과일의 종류에 따라 교체하여 사용할 수 있도록 구성된 고정구를 구비하며, 과일의 배꼽을 수용할 수 있고, 배꼽주변이 함몰된 과일에는 함몰된 부분으로 수용될 수 있도록 끝이 볼록하고 중심부에 홈을 구비하는 형상으로 형성된 받침구를 구비하고, 제거축의 끝단에 설치되어 제거축이 전진하면 단면이 라운드 형상으로 형성되어 회전하는 과일 꼭지를 도려낼 때 받는 부하를 최소화할 수 있도록 형성된 제거칼날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
