PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for removing seeds of stone fruits that is capable of efficiently and speedily taking out and removing seeds present in the fruit pulp of stone fruits, such as cherries, and capable of removing a large amount of seeds at a time.SOLUTION: The device includes holding means 24 that has a plurality of holding parts 26A to 26E in each of which a single stone fruit is to be placed, each of the holding parts 26A to 26E having a discharge hole 28 through which a seed of the stone fruit is taken out a polygonal cylindrical rotary drum 14 that has an outer circumferential surface on which the holding means 24 are arranged in parallel along the longitudinal direction of the outer circumferential removing shafts 29A to 29E arranged so as to be movable back and forth with respect to the holding means 24, the removing shafts 29A to 29E pushing the seeds inside fruits of the stone fruits placed in the holding parts 26A to 26B of the holding means 24 to take out the seeds through the discharge holes 28 and retracting them from the holding parts 26A to 26E after the seeds are taken out and driving means that causes the rotary drum 14 to rotate and causes the removing shafts 29A to 29E to move back and forth in synchronization with the rotation of the rotary drum 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 サクランボなどの核果類の果肉内部に存在する種子を効率的、且つ迅速に取り出して除去することが可能であり、一度に大量の種子の除去作業を行うことが可能な核果類の種子除去装置の提供。【解決手段】 単一の核果類が収容される保持部26A~26Eを複数有し、保持部26A~26Eには核果類の種子が取り出される排出孔28が形成された保持手段24と、多角形筒状に形成され、保持手段24が外周面の長手方向に沿って並列的に配置されている回転ドラム14と、保持手段24に対して往復動可能に設置され、保持手段24の保持部26A~26Bに収容されている核果類果実内部の種子を押し出すことにより排出孔28から取り出すとともに、種子の取り出し後は保持部26A~26Eから退避する動作を行う除去シャフト29A~29Eと、回転ドラム14を回転させるとともに、回転ドラム14の回転に同期しながら、除去シャフト29A~29Eを往復動させる駆動手段とを具備する。【選択図】 図1
