The invention relates to a system that consists of pumping the slurry from conventional storage ponds at pig facilities or farms toward a separator of solids and liquids, obtaining a solid that can be used as fertilizer and a liquid phase that is subjected to a flocculation process, wherein the muds obtained in said process are passed through a filter-press and the liquid is conveyed to an electrocoagulation apparatus, where the water undergoes electrolysis, the same apparatus separating floating sludge, precipitated sludge and clarified water. Said water is suitable for irrigation, since it contains a natural fertilizer； the floating sludge is conveyed to the filter-press； and the clarified water not used for irrigation is conveyed to a tank for further treatment in the subsequent phase. The fluid is subjected to a process of electrooxidation, filtering and finally a process of osmosis to separate the salts and the remaining impurities from the water and thus obtain a completely clean liquid.El sistema se basa en bombear el purín procedente de las convencionales balsas de almacenamiento de las instalaciones o granjas de porcino, hacia un separador de sólidos-líquidos, obteniéndose por una parte sólido que puede utilizarse como abono fertilizante, y una fase liquida que es sometida a un proceso de floculación, donde los lodos obtenidos en este proceso se hacen pasar por un filtro-prensa y el liquido es llevado a un equipo de electrocoagulación, donde se produce la electrolisis del agua, dentro del mismo equipo se produce la separación de fangos flotantes, fangos precipitados y el agua clarificada. Esta agua es apta para riego ya que contiene su fertilizante natural incluido, los fangos flotantes son llevados al filtro prensa, y el agua clarificada que no se utilice para riego es llevada a un deposito para su mejor tratamiento en la fase posterior.
