PURPOSE: A vegetation bag is provided to stabilize the growing vegetation in a barren soil used for building a civil structure. CONSTITUTION: A vegetation bag comprises the following details. A body portion(100) charges rock materials through an entrance. A cover portion(200) covers the entrance of the body portion. Seeds of a green manure grass crop are contained in a woof. The cover portion comprises a jute woof net connecting a jute yarn to a woof. The woof comprises the seeds of the green manure grass crop winded by a paper pulp. The cover portion comprises a coir blanket manufactured in a mat shape percolated to a coconut fiber. The cover portion comprises culture soil that is charged to a holding space, and a honeycomb-shaped paper panel equipped with a holding space. A net is positioned in the upper part of the jute woof net. The coir blanket is positioned in the upper part of the net. The body portion comprises a nonwoven fabric layer. The body portion comprises a corrugated cardboard layer, and a nonwoven fabric layer adhered to the corrugated cardboard layer. The body portion is box shaped. The body portion is positioned inside the gabion wire net(300).녹비 초생식물의 씨앗이 부착된 식생포대가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 식생포대는, 토목구조물을 조성하기 위해 사용되는 식생포대로서, 입구를 통해 토석(土石)을 충전하는 것이 가능한 몸체부와 몸체부의 입구를 덮는 덮개부를 포함하되, 덮개부에는 녹비 초생식물의 씨앗이 부착된다. 본 발명에 의하면, 식생포대의 내부에 하천 등과 같은 현장의 척박한 토양이 충전된 경우에도 식생포대에 식생이 양호하게 활착될 수 있고 식생포대의 친환경 기능이 강화된다.
